Philosophy - Each year 67 lbs of clothing per person ends up in landfills! With that in mind, "DRT" passionately produces eco-friendly premium quality jeans as an alternative to disposable fast fashion, constructing them all with built-in sustainability (including durable re-enforcements in high stress areas) because we believe that quality clothing will be worn longer, using up fewer resources over time.

Heritage - A bit organic (in philosophy), a bit rock (in influences), and a bit down-to-earth (in outlook), "DRT" adheres to its core values of unpretentious simplicity and durability. Producing jeans since 1978, we've known that a quality product that will last longer will not have to be replaced so quickly. So digging deep to be as eco-sensitive as we can, we strive to make premium jeans at attainable prices that will last a lifetime.

Authenticity - Using simple classic indigo ringspun denim and complex finishes, distressing just enough to soften and give character, we leave most of the aging process to normal individualized usage by the wearer. As such, our jeans stay durable and genuine, while becoming uniquely your own - naturally! All "DRT" denims, true to their humble roots, are inspired by long-term trends rather than fleeting fads.

Philosophy - Great brands endure the test of time because they develop an emotional bond with their target consumer. Such a brand is "Dish". We believe in being true to ourselves while helping you create your own individual statement through a connection with our heart-felt designs.

Heritage - Our roots date back to 1978, when a Vancouver company was born to manufacture jeans. With a passion for denim, we evolved into a leading hip resource for young contemporary women, synonymous with a fresh, genuine, unpretentious lifestyle. "Dish" today produces jeanswear based upon our original foundation - a unique West Coast spirit and core values of authenticity and integrity.

Authenticity - Over the years the collection has "grown up" to become a major resource for not only the young contemporary woman but for any woman who is young-at-heart! At "Dish" we design jeanswear to connect with the way you live, celebrating your individual style. We offer you premium quality jeans that are authentic and priced sensibly.

Houston Street is known to many in the fashion community as a dividing point through the epicenter for all things design, art, and culture related. It is where old meets new and modern thinking allows for an unconventional left of center approach.
Family Business Distribution introduced its first collection in 2002. Owners – husband and wife team Danny & Carla Hogg have a combined total of 20 years experience in the fashion industry. Together they have assembled a team of the industry’s most talented professionals; bringing you the Fall 2008 launch of Left on Houston.

When you turn Left on Houston – you are free to go anywhere.

Love Heals is a mother, son and daughter design team of Adriana, Gunnar and Elisa. We started the business to create beauty and share it with the world – while tying our sales intimately with philanthropy. Instead of naming the business after ourselves, we decided to develop a brand based on ideals rooted in unique designs, community service and the love of nature. We seek to create only the highest quality jewelry and clothing – employing American workers and using ethically sourced materials.

Since we started Love Heals we have worked with countless charities with our main focus on supporting tree planting most recently with Greener Ethiopia (with over 600,000 trees planted to date). We have worked on Japanese Salvation Army campaigns, Pakistan flooding ActionAid food programs, sponsoring over 10,000 malnourished at-risk children with Vitamin Angels, freeing indentured children in Sudan with Abolish Slavery, planting trees with American Forests and Trees for the Future and supporting countless other charities. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have a charity you would like us to donate to. We consider Love Heals to be a partnership with you our customer, and together we make the world a more beautiful compassionate place. Love Does heal...

Style is an attitude; it is more than what we wear.
At Threads for Thought we use sustainable fabrics such as organic cotton and polyester recycled from plastic water bottles to create clothing that is comfortable, beautiful, and socially conscious; then we donate a portion of our proceeds to charity.  What we wear is as important as what our clothes are made of, and where and how they are put together.

Eric Fleet and Leigh Ivan founded Threads for Thought in 2006 while they were still in college.  Our foundation is their belief that we should be responsible world citizens and positive contributors to a sustainable future.  We create clothing from sustainable materials, build factories that respect their employees, sell clothing that is affordable, and pursue quality above all else.

Style can't be traded for sustainability, nor can sustainability be traded for style.  At Threads for Thought we know that neither is exclusive, and work to lead the world in both.
